By accessing or using Invotract ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Invotract provides automated invoice data extraction using AI. Users upload invoice documents (PDF, PNG, JPG) and receive structured data including supplier information, line items, totals, and tax details.
3. Accounts and Credits
You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Credits are purchased via our payment system and are used to process invoices. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious files or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Data and Privacy
Documents you upload are processed for extraction purposes only. We do not store your uploaded files after processing. Extracted data is retained for 30 days for download purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-based extraction may contain errors. Confidence scores are provided to help assess accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before use. Invotract does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invotract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
