1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and password (stored hashed).
Documents: Invoice files you upload for extraction. These are processed in memory and are not permanently stored after extraction completes.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including extraction history, credit usage, and access logs.
Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Lenco. We store transaction references and amounts but do not store card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the invoice extraction service
- To manage your account and credit balance
- To process payments
- To send password reset emails and service notifications
- To improve the accuracy of our extraction models
3. Data Retention
Uploaded documents: Not stored after processing. Files are processed in memory only.
Extraction results: Stored for 30 days to allow downloading. After 30 days, results are deleted.
Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account. You can request account deletion by contacting support.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Document content is sent to Claude for extraction. Anthropic does not use API inputs for training.
- Lenco: Payment processing partner. Only payment-related data is shared.
- Resend: Email delivery service for transactional emails (password reset).
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), JWT-based authentication, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication purposes. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your extraction history
